I learned about these healing Glyphs late in 2021 and I have been using them since. They are so powerful and easy to use. Jean Logan created these amazing healing glyphs.

The first book has about 30 glyphs and 8 of them deal with emotional issues. She also has glyphs for physical issues, like cellular repair, neurological issues and lymphatic drainage. There are 4 books, so there is a glyph for everything. The first page of each explains what the glyph does and how to use it. Each one includes a beautiful affirmation.
Jean believes as I do that in order to best heal from anything you should clear the trapped emotions and trauma. She recommends doing all the emotional glyphs many times.
I have spent well over ten years on inner emotional work, I have cleared and released everything that I could think of. But sometimes I find myself getting angry, frustrated, or sad, I use them when issues come up. You can rotate through them and let them do their thing. I love that I don’t have to try to figure out what is triggering me. 😊
