I have been on healing journey for years, experiencing muscle weakness due to a nervous system illness. Even before going to neurologist, I was working with many alternative healing practitioners. I stopped the progression of the illness many years ago, using a combination of energy healing, dietary, environmental and mindset changes.
My healing strategy is based on the idea that our bodies know how to heal and it’s our job is to support it. We support our healing and health with a positive mindset and emotional terrain. Also, we need to remove obstacles to healing like stress, limiting beliefs and toxins and increase energy, both internally and externally.
I have been increasing the energy and clearing blockages, but I have not been able to restore full physical strength, mobility and speech, I have experienced physical improvement, but it has been slow.

My experience with LifeWave patches
As of the day that I am writing this, I have been using the patches for a month and a half and used 5 of the patches. I want share my experiences so far.
I use the patches to support my body’s ability to repair and regenerate, but many people use the patches for anti-aging and to improve athletic performance like strength and recovery. I feel stronger and my posture is better so I assume that they would support practices like Qigong and yoga.
